Applicants must be outgoing, customer service centered, and goal-oriented. Previous experience in retail sales setting is encouraged, but not required. AfterGlow requires all employees to complete a training course to ensure all Salon Consultants are successful in their role!

As a Salon Consultant, you will be responsible for store representation and presentation of products. You will also be in charge of assessing customer needs and helping to choose what products and services would be most beneficial for them. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning the tanning beds and rooms, scheduling, and answering the phone.
