How long before I can eat or drink teeth staining foods and drinks after my session?

We recommend avoiding coffee, tea, red wine, berries, red sauces, and other teeth staining foods and beverages for the first 24 hours after your session. We highly suggest adding on the sealer option, after your whitening session, which allows you to eat and drink whatever you prefer directly after your teeth whitening session. The sealer seals the pores of the teeth protecting your investment. It also is vitamins for the teeth and re-mineralizes your smile. This is a must have!
Are there any side effects?

No adverse side effects are associated with our products. Some people do experience blanching of the gum line, a mild tingling sensation, or sensitivity, all of which typically last no more than 24 hours and can be alleviated by applying vitamin E oil, which is provided to you during your session, to the teeth and/or gums. Our products are enamel safe.
