Red Light Therapy uses a combination of Red Light and Near Infrared Light to increase the production of ATP at a cellular level in your body. ATP, which stands for adenosine triphosphate simply means our body’s energy. The more ATP or energy we produce, the more efficiently our cell’s function. Whereas UV light and other forms of light energy, such as blue light are only capable of penetrating the surface layers of our skin. You can't overdo LED light therapy. In fact, it responds well to multiple weekly uses.
A session is 20 minutes. Users may exit at any time prior to the expiration of their session.

It is not required by law that you wear eye protection, nevertheless the lights are very bright and may be uncomfortable for some individuals.
